PostHeaderIcon Recipe: Pulled Pork

As requested:
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
2 ½ lb pork Roast (not the most expensive one)
1 btl. Favorite BBQ sauce (or 1 ½ btls. depending on how saucy you like it)
1-2 TBL Spoon of brown sugar
1 TBL Spoon of lemon juice
Onion powder to taste

Cook roast in crock pot for 5 hours on HIGH.

(Don’t add anything to pot…no water, seasonings...nothing)

Remove from slow cooker when done and shred with a fork.

Discard all water and fat juices in pot.

Put meat back in and add all the ingredients and mix well.

Cook on HIGH for another hour.

Serve on rolls with coleslaw and a salad. (Put coleslaw on sandwich...Yummy!)
