Here's something I am making for dinner this week...enjoy!

Sizzlin’ Chicken Skewers
1/3 cup hot water
¼ cup Teriyaki BBQ sauce
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup soy sauce
2 TBL spoons honey Dijon mustard
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves
cut into 12 inch strips

Mix water, BBQ sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, & mustard in medium bowl. Pour half the mixture into a large resealable bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Shake gently to coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate. Refrigerate remaining sauce mixture for dipping.
Thread chicken onto 12 skewers in a ribbon fashion. Discard any remaining marinade from bag.

Grill 5 to 7 minutes on medium-high heat until cooked through. Serve with remaining dipping sauce

Makes four servings; 3 skewers each
