Jenn: Random Thoughts

Cara - My driveway has been under construction for two months! I am a bit tired of looking at it - although better than it was, I want it done. It is sceduled for paving today - but the weather does not look like it is going to cooperate... we shall see.
- This has been a crazy week - going, going, going. My husband told me last night I would be less busy if I had a full time job - he's right - but that's why I am a stay-at-home-mom so I can do all the things with the kids. Some weeks, like this one, have me in the school every day. That's okay 'cause school is almost over and there will be plenty of time to relax (as if!)
- Trying to figure out the whole what to do over the summer thing with Lu. The idea of making her get up at 7:00 so she can go to camp at 8:30 is not making me happy. It's summer. Kids are supposed to relax, sleep in, ride their bikes and go to the beach. Not get up at the crack-of-dawn to go to camp. I am rethinking the whole camp thing.
- I have piles of laundry that need my attention. My plan for today is cooking, cleaning and laundry and then off to a potluck dinner with the dancers tonight. Wish me luck!
