To me, Saturday in the fall is all about cleaning up the yard, decorating for fall and trying not to plan too much. My youngest doesn't like this plan of action as she always wants to GO somewhere and DO something. Sundays are taken over by cheerleading and Nutcracker rehearsals and Tennis games. Today to appease my youngest, there will be baking going on... Fall means pumpkin bread and that is Lu's favorite. This would be a great segway to a pumpkin bread recipe but since i have never made it from scratch - I can tell you that we use trader joe's pumpkin bread and muffin mix. Quite simple and delicious!
