Jen: Getting Ready

Today's post is short and sweet - as in Halloween sweet. It's still dark outside and I am getting ready for tonight. The pork is in the oven, the kitchen is being cleaned. The house is decorated - even a little spooky. Waiting patiently for Costco to open - I mean why can't they open at 7? 9:30? Torture! A "few" friends over for Halloween festivities and not mention it's homecoming today. A parade to march in, a football game to watch, a non-costume costume to put on and a N'oreaster heading our way. We may be carving pumpkins in the snow this year. Maybe I should put on a Santa Claus outfit - I think Old Man Winter decided he wanted to trick or treat and is confusing his seasons.
