Jenn: Happy Valentine's Day!

Aah love. February 14th has been chosen as a day to delcare that funny little four letter word to your siginificant other. If you don't have an other, you can celebrate with your friends, kids, pets. It's up to you - hallmark seems to have a Valentine's card for everyone.
My Valentine is not on the continent this week. We celebrated Friday with a lovely lunch out - no kids - no talk of kids - just a few glasses of wine and some delicious pasta. I don't need a day to celebrate love - as corny as it sounds - we live each day in love. Some better than others but I know he loves me and he knows I love him and I don't need (or want) a box of chocolates or flowers or a card. However I did instruct my Valentine to bring me back a case of wine from his latest trip - wine is always needed and wanted.
So whatever your doing today - try to squeeze something in for yourself. Happiness begins at home and love begins with loving yourself. You don't need a Valentine for that.
