Grateful Sunday

I am grateful
to still be here on earth
for
the rapture that wasn't
when
the sun spent most of it's time shining yesterday
for the roof over my head
that is slowly getting some outdoor color
for my kids
who keep me up at night
that next week
will bring more joy than stress

the world didn't end and I get to go about my life ;)
for
friends who help me put it into perspective
when
I got to sit in the sunshine all day
for the roof over my head
is getting it's party clothes on once again....
for my kids
who remember to be grateful and let me know it
that next week
I keep ticking off my to do list that is 7 miles long!
