PostHeaderIcon Jenn: 18 days

So 19 days doesn't send Cara into a tizzy - but it sure sends me into one! I spent 3 hours on line yesterday ordering what I could for the big kids. Lu I took care of first - remember the doll hunt- but the big kids are a bit trickier.  They want big things  with big prices. They are going to be sorely disappointed this year as Santa is a bit of a scrooge and wants to keep his gold safely in the bank and not squandered on some high tech gadget they will take his children further in to cyber space.

In the past we have gotten wii's and xboxes and PlayStation's.  2/3 are now dust collectors and the Wii is a vehicle for streaming netflix.  My kids have never been video kids.  They always wanted it - but once they got it - they could care less and dust collectors they become.

Relatives are a bit trickier.  What do you buy your elderly parents?  Siblings who have it all? If it was up to me, I would say no presents on Christmas day (bah humbug - guess scrooge is rubbing off)  Lets save our pennies and head out the day after when you get so much more bang for your buck.  When you get to pick what you really want and not want someone else thinks you want

Got to run - need to get to Kohl's for some PJ's for ballerina...Happy Shopping...18 days...let the panic set in.
